A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to confirm your build slot. Work begins only once the deposit has cleared and the intake brief has been submitted in full. The remaining balance is invoiced on delivery and payable within 7 days of the launch-ready site being made available to you.

Target turnaround for a Basic build is two weeks from brief sign-off, and often sooner. Premium and bespoke builds are quoted individually. Timelines assume timely client responses on copy, brand assets and feedback rounds; delays in client input extend delivery on a day-for-day basis.

Each package includes the deliverables and revision hours listed on the Services page. Work outside that scope (additional pages, integrations, redesigns) is quoted separately at standard hourly rates and only begun on written approval.

Intellectual property in the delivered website, copy and assets remains the property of Forward Works until the balance and any outstanding subscription fees are paid in full. On full payment, ownership of the final website code and design assets transfers to you and the website can be transferred to you on written request, including handover of source files and any associated accounts where practicable.

Third-party platforms (Shopify, calendars, analytics, domain registrars) remain governed by their own terms. Domain registration is sourced on your behalf where available and billed at cost on top of the build fee.

SEO management plans run on a rolling monthly basis or on a 6-month committed plan at the discounted rate shown on the Services page. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Committed 6-month plans cannot be cancelled before term; any cancellation requested within term remains payable in full for the remainder of the 6 months.

AI-driven blog content is drafted from real keyword research and supplied for your review before publication. You retain editorial control and may request reasonable amendments before each post goes live. Monthly reports cover keyword searches, impressions, clicks per page and recommended next actions.

The optional Essential Brand Pack (£100) includes five logo concepts (one of which you select for refinement), mission statement, icon creation, business card design and email footer design. Additional logo rounds beyond the included revisions are quoted separately.

Unless otherwise agreed, hosting is provided via best-in-class third-party infrastructure. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but make no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, third-party provider outages or search engine ranking outcomes.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profits damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
